Accessibility

At the PSD BANK DOME

  • For wheelchair users, platforms have been set up on the first floor (blocks 004, 009, 017 and 022).
  • Companions sit directly behind the wheelchair users.
  • Please note that the lift from the main entrance only goes to the first floor.
  • The upper tier (blocks 201–231) is only accessible on foot via stairs and is therefore only suitable to a limited extent for people with walking difficulties.

Toilets

  • Accessible toilets are located in the gallery on the 1st floor.
  • These can be reached by lift.
  • All accessible toilets are fitted with a Euro key.
  • You can obtain the Euro key here or by leaving your identity card as a deposit at our reception desk.

Directions & Parking

Accessible parking spaces are available on the ground floor of the P1 car park.

Please note:

Tickets for wheelchair users are not sold through the PSD BANK DOME; they can be purchased directly from the relevant event organiser.
